1850 Towers Crescent Plaza will be the fourth and final trophy quality office building to be constructed at Towers Crescent, raising the total office space in the project to over 1 million square feet.

Typical floor sizes are 23,756 rentable square feet with core factors of approximately 9.79% on single tenant floors and approximately 14.53% on multi-tenant floors. Floors two through twelve have 9’6” finished ceiling heights, and the thirteenth floor features 17’ finished ceiling heights on the front of the floor and 10’6” finished ceiling heights on the north side of the floor. The building, designed by SmithGroup Architects, features a floor to ceiling glass curtain wall on its dramatic curved façade.
