METRO EXPANSION

Dulles Metrorail will soon connect Tysons Corner, western Fairfax and eastern Loudoun Counties to the rest of the Washington Metropolitan Area. The new Dulles Metrorail will extend through Tysons Corner, Reston, Herndon, Dulles International Airport and continue into Loudoun County.

The Dulles Metrorail will be built in two phases: Phase One will extend from the Orange Line's West Falls Church Station through Tysons Corner to Wiehle Avenue in Reston. Phase Two will extend the metrorail through Reston and Herndon to Dulles International Airport and Route 772 in Loudoun County.
